A battle between a pride of lions, a herd of buffalo, and 2 crocodiles at a watering hole in South Africa's Kruger National Park. Amazing!

Doc Martens new ad campaign is cashing in on dead punk icons. Another reason to hate the english even if they are made in China now. In fact I don't think I've ever seen Joey Ramone wearing a pair of Docs in my life and, everyone knows Kurt died wearing a pair of Converse One Stars. Lousy limeys.

Artists Against Apartheid
1985

Joey Ramone, Little Steven (Silvio from the Sopranos), Hall & Oates, Run-Dmc, Stiv Bators and countless others coming together against apartheid. The world was a different place in the eighties. Sigh.

The S.O.V. is an S.O.B.

In this video clip she breaks down in front of a New York audience and says that she's depressed, broke and shows the crowd her cut up arms. She even says, "Fuck America." Looks like the biggest midget in the game is really just another lousy limey. See ya, wouldn't wanna be ya.

http://www.ibelieveinharveydenttoo.com/
There have been some strange sites popping up on the interwebs lately like IBELIEVEINHARVEYDENT.COM and IBELIEVEINHARVEYDENTTOO.COM When you click on the IBELIEVEINHARVEYDENTTOO.COM site, just let it sit for a couple seconds to get to Mr. Napier's (his name has never really been established) photo. I kinda like the look Heath has going on for the Joker. He should hit up some emo kid for some tips on wearing guyliner though. And those Harvey Dent campaign posters. Well, I guess all politicians really are TWOFACEd. Doh!
UPDATE!
The
IBELIEVEINHARVEYDENTTOO.COM site has already been removed by Warner Bros. themselves.

That's like preventing war by preparing for it. It just doesn't make sense. I just want to know if his hobbit ass is gonna use creamy or chunky.

HOT HO OF THE DAY

Emil Blonsky

Alias:Abomination
Agent R-7
The Ravager of Worlds

Place of birth: Zagreb, Yugoslavia

Eyes: Green, originally brown
Hair: None, originally brown
Height: 6'8''
Weight: 980 lbs
Other distinguishing features: The Abomination has two toes on each foot, webbed ears, and a ridged brow.
Race: Human

Occupation: Former spy, former first mate on the starship Andromeda, former agent of the Galaxy Master, criminal
Legal status: Citizen of Yugoslavia with no criminal record (later retconned to be Russian)
Marital Status: Presumed to be married still
Identity: Secret
Known relatives:Nadia (first wife)
Nadia (second wife)
Group affiliation:Former partner of the Rhino, former member of the crew of the starship Andromeda, former agent of Galaxy Master, former agent of Modok
Base of operations: Mobile

Story: Before his transformation, Blonsky had two wives named Nadia. The first wife he loved, but she left. No further information whether she just left or she died. The second wife he treated badly, using her to vent his frustrations. After his beating her she fled.

Original story: Emil Blonsky was a spy from Yugoslavia sent to sabotage the military base. Blonsky tried several times to sabotage the base's missile system but with no luck. While he was there, Bruce Banner was trying to cure himself by exposing himself to strong gamma radiation at the time. Not knowing what he was doing, Blonsky activated the machine, thus exposing him to massive doses of gamma radiation. The radiation changed him to a green monster that became known as the Abomination.

Retcon: Blonsky was hired by "Thunderbolt" Ross to help with the problem with Hulk. After one of Hulk's fights with the army, Blonsky found a container with isotopes that Bruce Banner had lost. The isotopes were something Bruce wanted to try out for recreating the conditions that led to him becoming the Hulk and ultimately leading to a cure. Blonsky grabbed the container and was exposed to the gamma radiation. When he woke after the shock he was still human in appearance, but he had been changed. Like the Hulk, he changed into a green monster, but retained his personality, and for a while he could change between human and Abomination form. It was during this period he fought the Hulk the first time.

Powers: The Abomination possesses superhuman strength, enabling him lift (press) approximately 100 tons and leap great distances (2 miles in a single bound has been observed). He possesses a high degree of invulnerability towards impact from projectiles (direct hits by field artillery cannon shells have been seen), heat (up to 3,500° F without blistering), and cold (down to -175° F without freezing). The Abomination's invulnerability includes immunity to all terrestrial disease.

Extreme pain or cold or extended lack of oxygen can cause him to enter a coma-like state of suspended animation, in which he can survive for long periods.

Blonsky's powers have so far been stable in the sense that he cannot change to a human form, and his powers are not influenced by his emotional state.

Lawsuit alleges trendy Pinkberry product isn't actually frozen yogurt.

According to Williams' suit, the Pinkberry dessert is nothing more than a powder-based product mixed with water or milk that is "sold in this adulterated state without notice to consumers of its ingredients."

Pinkberry is marketed as frozen yogurt "to deceive the public and to profit from that deception," the suit states.
We told you bitches we were over Pinkberry and that we are now into Snowberry. Catch up you dumb ho bags.

Check out this guy's petitition in favor of sending Paris Hilton to jail.
Paris Hilton has made a living off of being and doing absolutely NOTHING! I have no hidden agenda or vendetta....I just feel that it is only right that she serve her time.

Many people (non-celebrities) are faced with these same circumstances hourly and don't have the resources nor support to find themselves immune to the law.

Let us not buy into her celebrity status and allow her to walk free just because she's pretty and we could not stand to not see her party for 45 days.

Of course when she comes out of jail she will be more famous than she already is and will probably get a book deal and have a movie shot about her starring The "Olsen Twins" but nonetheless I believe this time served might do her some good. Perhaps she might realize that she hasn't done much for mankind but just "exist" and have a complete turnaround in her views and responsibilities.

The San Jose Museum of Art presents the first major museum exhibition outside of Los Angeles of Camille Rose Garcia, an artist emerging from the Los Angeles underground scene, whose narrative-based works express an acute political consciousness. The artist’s seemingly light-hearted paintings and drawings of charming cartoon-like characters actually depict dark tales of violence, corruption and greed, and seek to comment on the turmoil of contemporary society. Her first museum solo exhibition surveys her work with an emphasis on her most recent creations, showcasing paintings, drawings, sketchbooks, prints, sculpture, and site-specific installations, and is complemented by a book-length catalogue.Saturday, May 12, 2007 through Sunday, September 23, 2007. Click here for more info.

The main room will have R. Crumb original drawings and covers. Also, a group called Restitution Press will be in the room.

The Restitution Press group contains the artists: Ryan Graeff, Eli Sipsas, Devin Strother, Anthony Cioff, Stephen Mimiaga, Shawn McKinney, and Damon Robinson.

In the side room, they'll be showing Kate Brinkworth and SHAG. (Via Mendenhall Sobiesky Gallery and Restitution Press.)

May 3, 2007 -- KINDERGARTEN kids in ritzy L.A. suburb Calabasas have been coming home to their parents and talking about the "weird man" who keeps coming to their class to sing "scary" songs on his guitar. The "weird" one turns out to be Bob Dylan, whose grandson (Jakob Dylan's son) attends the school. He's been singing to the kindergarten class just for fun, but the kiddies have no idea they're being serenaded by a musical legend - to them, he's just Weird Guitar Guy.

Los Angeles Chief Says Inappropriate Force Used During Rally

Los Angeles' police chief said Wednesday some officers used inappropriate force when they fired rubber bullets into crowds that included children and wielded batons against demonstrators in an incident that marred an otherwise peaceful day of immigration rallies across the United States.

News footage aired Wednesday of the events from the day before showed police beating at least two television camera operators and shoving people who were walking away from officers. They also showed injuries from the rubber bullets, including images of a Hispanic man with a bleeding welt on his stomach.

I went to Sabor a Mexico at 8940 National Blvd. in West L.A. and was not very impressed. So unimpressed I didn't even snap any pics to use on my blog. The pic you see was from lvgoodfood. I ordered the chilaquiles with tomatillo sauce which were not bad but a little overpowered by the tomatillo sauce. The chilaquiles came with a side of refried black beans and this blogger likes his black beans whole. I also ordered the potato taco which was also very uninspiring. Maybe I have to go back on the weekend when they have $1 tacos on their patio but until then I will stick to East Los for my "Sabor a Mexico".
